HUNTSVILLE — Jatolia Keeton McDowell has been named the director of the Scott County Office on Aging, County Mayor Jerried Jeffers informed members of Scott County Commission on Monday, July 17, 2023.
McDowell replaces Kathy Rose, who is retiring as the Office on Aging director and the director of the Scott County Senior Citizens Center. Mayor Jeffers congratulated Rose on her retirement and announced McDowell’s appointment.
McDowell is a graduate of Scott High School. She is married to Chad McDowell, the head baseball coach at Oneida High School and a loan officer at United Cumberland Bank. They have one son, Cannon. She is the daughter of Harris and Terri Keeton.
