Oneida City Park is recognized as one of the best community parks in the region.
Maintained by the Town of Oneida, the park spreads over 60 acres and is open from 9 a.m. to 10 p.m. daily. The park features a t-ball field, tennis court, outdoor basketball courts and soccer fields, an olympic-sized swimming pool, junior pool, and community center with gymnasium. A 34-acre lake is also featured, and is open for fishing. Two fishing piers are constructed on the water and a boat launch pad is available for public use (no gasoline motors). In addition to picnic tables throughout the park, several picnic shelters are available for reservation. The park also features a mile-long hiking trail.
